Last Sunday, to mark the feast of the Immaculate Conception, the annual traditional pilgrimage by motorcycles, bicycles and cars was held from Ta’ Pinu Sanctuary square to the national shrine dedicated to the Immaculate Conception in Qala. On their arrival, participants in the pilgrimage were blessed by Qala parish priest Can. Joseph Zammit. Afterwards they received tokens marking the 59th edition of the activity.
