A group of 50 students from the University’s Institute for Tourism, Travel and Culture recently visited Hilton Malta. The visit gave the students the opportunity to experience hospitality industry management and, in particular, high-level environmental considerations. The students were accompanied by ITTC lecturer Mr Alfred Quintano. This was only one in a series of field visits to tourism and cultural sites.
