Go has imposed this condition for its customers who buy a newly-advertised service package: “Our free e-billing service and payment through direct debit apply as standard with Limitless Home Pack. Extra charges apply for other methods of billing and payment.”

This means forking out €2 even when paying online through one’s own MyGo registration if the option of direct debit is not taken up.

In view of this condition I ask: is this free or not?

Now, paying online does away with posted hard copies of bills, with obvious savings for Go. Customer Care did their best to convince me this is in order. Is it? I wonder what readers think.
