The 20 Maltese songs that will be competing to represent Malta in next year’s Eurovision Song Contest being held in Copenhagen were announced on Xarabank this evening.

They are:

Hypnotica - Jessica Muscat (Philip Vella, Gerard James Borg)

Invisible - Raquel Galdes (Philip Vella, Gerard James Borg)

One last ride - Daniel Testa (Stephen Rudden, Lawrence Peter Bridge)

Pin the middle - Debbie Stivala (Peter Paul Galea, Debbie Stivala)

A total of 210 entries had originally been submitted and they were reduced to 70.

The 20 selected this evening will take part in the Maltese semi-final on February 7, when the 20 will be brought down to 14. The final will be held on February 8.
