The eighth edition of the Malta International Film Festival is being held between December 4 and 15 at St James Cavalier in Valletta, in collaboration with KRS Film Distributors.

Fifteen award-winning films from as many countries are scheduled to be screened during the 12-day festival. All pictures shot in their original language, not in English, will carry subtitles. The admission fee is €5.

There will be three performances daily at 3pm, 6pm and 9pm from December 4 to 13 and December 15. There will also be morning shows at 11am on Saturdays and Sundays, and on December 13, a public holiday.
