Loredana Agius, 10, and her brother Albert-Lauren, eight, from Għajnsielem, both placed second in their respective categories at the singing competition Prishtina Kids Fest held recently in Pristina, Kosovo.

The other participants came from Albania, Serbia, Montenegro, Sweden, Kosovo, Bulgaria, Romania, and Macedonia.

They sang original songs penned by Christopher Azzopardi and composed by singer Kaya (Priscilla Psaila), who is also their vocal coach.

This was not Loredana’s first international award. She was awarded first place at the Trixie Interantional Art Festival in Bulgaria and at the Tra La La Festival in Macedonia.
