In the run-up to the Pink Fashion Show at the Malta Aviation Museum next week, where top brands will take flight for the winter season, the magazine’s team is offering a sneak preview of the look and feel.

Stylists, make-up artists, hairdressers and photographers have been inspired by 1940s icon Veronica Lake. They transposed the screen siren’s sophisticated and sultry look to 2013, while showcasing elegant evening wear, accessorised with faux furs and opulent jewellery, in time for the Christmas season ahead.

The Malta Aviation Museum at Ta’ Qali will host the runway show, with its evocative backdrop of pristine wartime planes, setting the scene both for the ShowStopper fashion shoot that will feature in the November issue of Pink magazine and for the upcoming event.

The Pink fashion show on November 13 is a Times of Malta Event brought to the fashion scene by Times of Malta and Pink, in collaboration with Infinitely Xara. It is showcasing Tommy Hilfiger, Armani Jeans, Max&Co., Guess, M&S, Monsoon, Sarto and Coccinelle.

The event is supported by Aldo, GO, Carolina Herrera, Lancome, Screen hair products and Continental Cars.
