• Maltese poet Maria Grech Ganado will read poems in English presenting images of islands, faraway places and distant episodes. She will be accompanied by Isabelle Gatt (readings) and Ulrich Hackenbruch on piano. The event takes place on November 23 at 8pm at the Russian Centre of Science and Culture, Merchants Street, Valletta.
The event forms part of the public interdisciplinary conference on Insularity: Representations and Constructions of Small Worlds that the University’s Department of German is hosting from November 21 to 23.
