Video interviews of youths talking about their careers, talents, social life and fashion are being featured on The Zone at www.timesofmalta.com/ thezone.

Tomorrow, interviews will be uploaded on software company owner Tom Gouder and fashion designer Ritienne Zammit.

Aged only 15, Gouder has already set up his own software company. One would have expected to see a 15-year-old fussing over the fact that his last year in college has just started, yet Gouder presents himself as a mature, serious businessman who thinks of investments, deals with corporate clients, develops web applications and plans company projects.

The Zone wanted to talk to this young entrepreneur and find out what led him to the decision to build his own company while still going to school.

Zammit is an upcoming fashion designer who recently won a prestigious fashion award on the Maltese scene for her debut collection.

The Zone met with her to see her creations and also to find out about what it takes to become a fashion designer in Malta, and why she has chosen to launch her career with avant-garde, but not ready-to-wear, pieces.

Be heard and share your own experiences with others. Tell them about your career choice, what it takes to get where you are, the ups and downs you experience, and offer advice to those who are still uncertain about what they want to do in the future.

To be interviewed for The Zone, send an e-mail with a brief description of your career, talent, or a social issue you would like to discuss.

Alternatively, you can send your own video. Send a low-resolution version of your file to thezone@timesofmalta.com.
