• When we book a package holiday, each and every part of the holiday must be exactly as described and advertised by the travel agency.

• If any part of the holiday is not as promised during the sale, it would be considered a breach of contract and we would be entitled to claim compensation.

• Holiday problems should be reported and complained about while still on holiday.

• If during the holiday we accept the compensation or solution offered, then our complaint would be considered closed and we cannot change our mind.

• Our claim for compensation should be reasonable and according to our legal rights.
