GALDIES. On September 17, at Mater Dei Hospital, WALTER of San Ġwann, aged 70, passed away peacefully, comforted by the rites of Holy Church. He leaves to mourn his loss his wife Lourdes, his sons Charles and his wife Ruth and Jonathan and his wife Adriana, his grandchildren Johann, Clara, and Daniel, in-laws, nephews and nieces, other relatives and friends. The funeral leaves Mater Dei Hospital tomorrow at 8am for San Ġwann parish church where Mass præsente cadavere will be said at 8.30am, followed by interment at the Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery. No flowers by request but donations to Id-Dar tal-Providenza, Siġġiewi, will be greatly appreciated. Lord, grant him eternal rest.
VASSALLO. On September 18, at her residence in Sliema, LINA, aged 82, passed away peacefully comforted by the rites of Holy Church. She leaves to mourn her loss her daughter Antonella and her husband Albert, and her beloved granddaughter Gillian, her daughter Roberta and her fiance Ray, her in-laws, relatives, and friends. The funeral cortege leaves Mater Dei Hospital at 9am tomorrow for Sacro Cuor Parish Church, Sliema, where Mass presente cadavere will be said at 9:30am, followed by interment at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery.
