Opera sensation Joseph Calleja will perform at the Classic Brit Awards in London next month.

The Maltese Tenor will sing Caruso as a tribute to Luciano Pavarotti, who has been awarded a posthumous Lifetime Achievement Award.

The announcement comes six years after Pavarotti agreed to collect this award in person but sadly died of pancreatic cancer before the event.

His widow Nicoletta Mantovani-Pavarotti will collect the award on his behalf at the October 2 ceremony.
