• Consumers may claim a refund for extra expenses incurred due to a product being defective or not in conformity with the contract of sale.

• Receipts must be presented to back up such refund claims.

• A consumer’s legal rights cannot be diminished or taken away by company policies.

• Money refunds may be claimed when neither repair nor replacement are possible solutions.
