MICALLEF. On September 12, at Mater Dei Hospital, CRISTINA, aged 83, from Mellieħa, passed away peacefully, comforted by the rites of Holy Church. She leaves to mourn her loss, her husband Ġużeppi, her children, Charlie, Fredu, Rita, Antoinette, Helen, Godwin, Antida, Marthese, Michael, John, Paul, Jesmond and Ġemma, their spouses, her sisters and brothers, in-laws, their families, nephews and nieces, great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends. SAMMUT. On September 10, at Mater Dei Hospital, NICOLA of St Paul’s Bay, aged 91, went the meet the Risen Lord, comforted by rites of Holy Church. He leaves to mourn his loss his sisters Rożina and Doris and her husband Paul Vassallo, his nephews and niece, Michael and his wife Maxine Vassallo, Anna and her husband Joseph Attard and Joseph and his wife Josianne, great nephews and nieces, cousins, amongst whom Fr Bascal Magro, ofm Conv., other relatives and friends. The funeral leaves Mater Dei Hospital tomorrow at 9am for Jesus of Nazareth parish church, Sliema, where Mass præsente cadavere will be said at 9.30am, followed by interment at the Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery. He leaves to mourn his loss, his children Joseph, Annunziato, Maria, Saviour, Vince and Paul and their spouses, his brothers and sisters, his grandchildren, great-grandchildren, other relatives, friends and former colleagues at Malta Drydocks. The funeral leaves Mater Dei Hospital tomorrow at 8.45am for Tarxien parish church, where Mass praesente cadavere will be said at 9.15am followed by interment at Tarxien Cemetery. Requiem Mass

On the second anniversary of the passing away of DENISE ATTARD, tomorrow’s 6.30pm Mass at St Gregory’s parish church, Sliema, will be offered for the repose of her soul. The attendance of family and friends will be greatly appreciated. Always remembered by her family.
