• A quotation should always be requested in writing.

• Once a quote is agreed on and accepted by both parties, the seller cannot charge more than the quoted price.

• In case of an estimate, we should have an agreement with the seller to be contacted if the final price will be higher than the estimate.

• When a job is not carried out as agreed, we should complain with the seller and ask him to sort out the problem.
