• Telecommunications contracts should contain terms and conditions on how to cancel the service subscribed to.

• The 15-day cooling-off period applies to both goods and services bought online, over the phone, through catalogues and via teleshopping. If the product/service is used before the cancellation period expires, the cooling-off period no longer applies.

• If the service provider does not provide the service agreed to, we have the right to terminate the contract without incurring any penalties.

• We should carefully read the contract, especially when it comes to cancellation policies.
