A new software application tool on the Mcast website www.mcast.edu.mt enables prospective students to go through the list of courses in the college prospectus and compare their entry requirements, descriptions, units as well as the career opportunities they open up.
In this way, internet users will be able to compare and contrast courses in the same way as they would compare specifications of different products in online shopping websites. It also includes additional details about each course.
The interactive prospectus also helps prospective students plan their long-term academic development, by mapping the progression route of each course, giving them a clear indication of the courses that would be applicable to them once they complete their chosen programme.
Mcast will be receiving new applications between July 22 and 31. Application forms may be obtained from the Mcast main campus, from any Mcast institute off campus, or from any local council office.
For more information, visit the website or contact the college’s career advisers on career.guidance@mcast.edu.mt or 2398 7135/6.
