Arriva said today that its summer schedule, due to be introduced on June 30 is aimed at improving reliabilitywhile meeting the demands of commuters over the summer months.
The schedule includes a number of new services to popular summer destinations including beaches, improved connections with the Gozo ferry and changes to the pick-up and drop-off points at bus stations and interchanges.
Arriva said it is also providing drivers with improved shifts and rosters.
The introduction of the schedule was delayed by a month after the drivers protested over the rosters which the company had initially planned.
This summer Arriva will also be launching it’s 'This is Malta campaign', which includes a collection of timetable leaflets and posters featuring places of interest, life and culture in the Maltese Islands.
