Eight students from San Ġorġ Preca College’s Boys’ Secondary School, Ħamrun, recently took part in the Choice programme competition organised by the Malta Tourism Authority. One of the students, Nicholas Fenech from Form 3, won first prize, consisting of a five-night stay in a European Intercontinental Hotel plus two tickets for accompanying guidance teachers. Participants had to submit a written essay and give a presentation on a tourism-related project. The students are seen with assistant head Paul Chetcuti and Form 3 guidance teacher Vanessa Vella Tabone.
