• Once signed, consumers should be given a written copy of the credit agreement.

• The Annual Percentage Rate (APR) should include the total cost of the credit to consumers as a percentage of the credit granted.

• Consumers have 14 days, during which they can change their mind and withdraw from the credit agreement.

• Consumers can repay a credit before its due date without incurring unreasonable penalties.
