Malta-based health research and innovation company, AAT Research, will be expanding its operations in China.
Company CEO Adrian Attard Trevisan said the company had just signed an exclusive five-year distributorship with Anseos Group, a leading medical sales agency in China, which will distribute AAT’s patented technology.
The company’s products, Brain Music System and MENTe Headband, are aimed to help children with autism and, together, provide the first commercially-available aid for managing autism spectrum disorder.
“The Chinese market is strategic for our medical technologies. We exported our first headsets to China in April and are now working to meet new orders and increased demand,” Dr Attard Trevisan said during a visit by Research Parliamentary Secretary Stefan Buontempo.
