An Entrepreneurship and Business Incubation centre was opened yesterday to put knowledge-intensive entrepreneurship at the top of the University of Malta’s outreach agenda.

The centre will target sectors such as science, technology, engineering and creative media at the university.

In July, it will run an intensive programme in Technology Entrepreneurship, developed in partnership with Isis Innovation Limited, the technology transfer company of University of Oxford.

A Master’s in Knowledge-Based Entrepreneurship will also start in October.
