This is exactly the question that will be addressed in a seminar organised by BMIT and their CRM providers, iMovo, in collaboration with the Microsoft Innovation Centre. Themed ‘Using the Cloud to Power Your Sales and Marketing’, the morning event will be held at the newly inaugurated Microsoft Innovation Centre at SkyParks Business Centre in Luqa on June 26.

The event will feature a number of key experts in the areas of customer relationship management and cloud computing as well as a local success story, eCabs, a company that has successfully harnessed the power of the Cloud to obtain operational efficiency and total customer focus.

The event is targeted at sales and marketing professionals, business development managers, change managers and IT professionals.
