Our Lady Immaculate School, Hamrun, recently held a Healthy Living Day as part of the school’s annual Eco Week.

The activities included zumba sessions, energy conservation presentations, hands-on activities on solar energy and a talk on dental hygiene.

Many students also attended a health clinic that was set up and run by students from the health and safety working group, where they had their blood pressure, body mass index and pulse oximetry measured.

The highlight of the day was the awarding of the Green Flag to the school.
