• Technical or maintenance issues are not usually considered extraordinary circumstances unless they arise from an exceptional event beyond the control of the airline.
• In extraordinary circumstances the airline is still obliged to offer a refund of the flight ticket or alternative transport to our final destination and to take care of us while waiting at the airport.
