Obituary

GATT. On May 20, at Villa Messina, Rabat, MARY VIOLET, aged 82, passed away peacefully, comforted by the rites of Holy Church. Her loss is deeply mourned by her brother John, her nieces and their families, other relatives and friends. The funeral leaves Villa Messina today at 2.30pm for St Philip parish church, Żebbuġ, where Mass præsente cadavere will be said at 3pm, followed by interment at Qalb ta’ Ġesù Cemetery, Żebbuġ. Lord, grant her eternal rest.

FALZON – GEORGIA, died May 21, 2001. In loving memory of a beloved and dedicated wife, mother and grandmother on the 12th anniversary of her passing away. Deeply missed but always remembered with much love and gratitude by her loving husband Vincent, her two sons Anthony and Andrew, her grandson Aidan and sisters-in-law Margaret, Pauline and Antoinette.

A concert organised by Din l-Art Ħelwa and sponsored by the German Embassy to celebrate the 200th anniversary since the birth of Richard Wagner, featuring the Lucentum Horn Quartet, will be held on Friday at 8pm.
