This year’s games at the Convent of the Sacred Heart Junior School’s Field Day highlighted diversity by helping children become more aware of the realities faced by people with disability. In some games, they had to carry out the activity blindfolded, in others they had to pick up marbles using their toes. In another activity, they had to paint holding a paintbrush in their mouth. The highlight was a presentation by Noel Aquilina, a disabled athlete.
