Today’s events of the Notte Gozitana Lejlet Lapsi will include a hands-on mosaic-making experience for children and adults (session 1) in Savina Square, Victoria, at 9.30am. At 10am, there will be a car show in aid of Puttinu Cares at St Augustine Square, Victoria. Also at 10am, a re-enactment of French and British garrisons will be held at the Citadel. Gozo During World War II – a historical lecture by Charles Bezzina will be held at the War Shelters in Castle Hill, Victoria, at 11am.
Il-Klassi – a musical comedy in Maltese by Peter Paul Grech, with music by Antoine Mercieca – will be held at Triq id-Dejqa, Victoria, at 6pm.
The Youth National Orchestra, directed by Mro Joseph Vella, will give a concert at St George’s Basilica, Victoria, at 8pm.
Gozo Channel will operate extra trips as necessary today through a shuttle service during peak times.
All passengers travelling between noon and 11.30pm will travel for free on the presentation of a voucher, issued by any Gozo-based licensed establishment where they have spent one night or more during Notte Gozitana.
