A musico-literary evening was recently held at the church of perpetual adoration at Ta’ Savina in Victoria to mark the 100th anniversary of the International Eucharistic Congress, 100 years of the hymn T’Adoriam Ostia Divina and 100 years of the re-opening of Ta’ Savina church.

The Laudate Pueri choir took part in the evening, which was presided over by Bishop Mario Grech.

Ta’ Savina church rector Mgr Giovanni Gauci and Joe Zammit Ciantar were among speakers, who gave informative presentations.

During the past days, various activities were held to mark these anniversaries, which were concluded yesterday with Mass celebrated by Mgr Grech.
