Valletta and Hibernians have been drawn to face each other again, this time in one of the semi-finals of the U-Bet FA Trophy.
The two teams also faced off last Saturday, with the Hibs victory forcing a title decider with Birkirkara.
The other trophy semi-final will be between Qormi and Lija Athletic.
The ties will be played on May 17 (Qormi vs Lija) and May 18 (Hibs-Valletta) with the final on May 22.
Hibernians and Valletta progressed to the semi-finals after beating Zebbug Rangers (3-0) and Rabat Ajax (3-0) respectively.
Qormi were 1-0 winners over Balzan and Lija Athletic, the only Division One side in the semi-finals, edged out St Andrew's 1-0.
Qormi and Lija would still not represent Malta in Europe if they win the trophy since the only four clubs holding a licence to play in Europe are Valletta, Hibs, Birkirkara and Sliema. It would therefore be Sliema, fourth in the Premier League, that would take part in the Europa League.
