The first batch of recruits, who recently completed Frank Salt Real Estate’s Career Days training course, will be taking up office in one of the company’s 14 branches.
More than 100 participants attended the training course. The aim of the course, which was held at Inspire, Marsascala, was twofold – to identify and recruit new property consultants and to offer an insight into what it takes to be a good property consultant and how to build a career in real estate.
“I am really looking forward to getting out there!” said Andre Monseigneur, one of the new trainees who will be joining the Marsascala branch.
“Before joining, I had several reservations as to where a career in real estate will lead me, but after the training and encouragement I received, I’m sure I’ve made the right decision,” said Wayne Fino, stationed at the Fgura branch.
“Few other careers offer you the chance to make good money and have many friends. The opportunities are endless, the sky is really the limit,” said letting consultant Mark Zahra, who will form part of the St Paul’s Bay team.
