Bad Boy Cleaners has committed itself to pay its employees proper overtime rates following a meeting with the General Workers’ Union, the GWU said yesterday.

The union said that it was glad to see that its name and shame approach was working.

The GWU had named Bad Boy among a list of cleaning companies that were not paying their employees proper overtime rates.

The company then called for a meeting with the union to rectify the matter, the union said.
