Effective blogging for business will be the focus of the next BLM Insights event on May 24.

Cyberspace is home to more than 30 million blogs and companies like Boeing and IBM use them extensively as part of their marketing tool kits.

The morning workshop will be led by social media expert and blogger Alison Bezzina who will share her knowledge and talk about search engine optimisation, choosing content, effective business blogging, social media and blog budgets.

Ms Bezzina has 15 years’ experience in marketing and communication. She has managed a variety of products and services, ranging from beverages to telecoms to home entertainment products.

She will talk about the importance of blogging for business purposes and will offer valuable insight into how to market a business blog to the right audience.

The interactive session will provide participants with hands-on blogging techniques to kickstart their blogging activity, improve return on investment and better manage their social media strategy.
