Helen O’Grady Academy (Malta) principal Alan Montanaro and academy manager Emma Loftus recently returned from Manchester, the UK, where they participated in intensive training workshops to launch the new curriculum for the coming term.
The workshops were attended by almost 100 other teachers and principals from around the world.
During the visit, the Malta academy was singled out for praise for going that extra mile when it comes to fulfilling the Helen O’Grady ethos.
“Alan Montanaro and his team of teachers always go the extra mile to provide students with exceptional opportunities to improve their confidence, self-esteem, language and communication skills,” said Nigel Le Page, international director of the academy.
“Training at the Helen O’Grady Academy is an ongoing commitment,” explained Montanaro, “The Academy insists that all its teachers are fully accredited and kept up to date with new teaching techniques to ensure that students get the very best out of the multi-award-winning programme.
The Helen O’Grady Academy offers classes for children as young as three in Sliema, Birkirkara, Cottonera, Attard, Żebbuġ and Mosta.
