St George’s Day celebrations at Grill 3301
Michelin star chef Garry Holliehead planning five-course menu at Corinthia Hotel St George’s Bay
There’s no better place to celebrate St George’s Day, on April 23, than with a special evening of finest English food and fare at Grill 3301, Corinthia Hotel St George’s Bay.
Garry Hollihead, three-time Michelin star chef at the Corinthia Hotel London, and who specialises in classic English food, has planned an unforgettable five-course menu and will be flying to Malta to supervise this one-off event.
The occasion promises to offer a fun-filled, traditional English flag-waving atmosphere that will include excellent food and free flowing wine and beer throughout the evening.
“It was about time that St George’s Day had an action-packed event that everyone can enjoy and experience,” believes Stuart Chapell, general manager at Corinthia Hotel St George’s Bay.
“With our wonderful position overlooking St George’s Bay it was only natural that we should host this unique event,” he adds.
During the event entertainment activities will be held throughout the evening with proceeds going to Dar Il-Kaptan.
