Interview with Thomas Diacono

Thomas Diacono has always known he would end up working in catering.

He was brought up to love and appreciate food and cooking. His family has been in the catering business and, as Diacono puts it himself, “guys buy car magazines, I buy cook books”, because he loves cooking that much.

At 28, Diacono and his brother have now started their own fast-food restaurant.

From getting a bank loan to making their own menus and selecting high-quality ingredients, they do everything by themselves.
