iMovo, the customer relationship management and business intelligence company, has entered into partnership with marketing automation firm Click Dimensions to deliver its solutions to its customers.

Click Dimensions specialise in powerful campaign management, e-mail marketing and website integration with customers’ CRM systems, allowing them to track and identify visitors to the company website and identifying services or products of interest.

Built into Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Click Dimensions allows marketers to generate, nurture and qualify leads while providing sales teams the ability to prioritise the best leads and opportunities, facilitating funnel measurement and reporting for management.

“From our experience working in the CRM sphere, we realised that while many local companies would be aware of the need and benefits of automating their sales and marketing efforts, the way forward in implementing this was not so clear,” iMovo managing director Pierre Mallia said.
