The University’s Department of Accountancy recently held this year’s presentation of best dissertation awards to 15 students of the Bachelor of Accountancy (Hons) 2010/2012 graduate group. The 14 awards and one journal sponsorship were announced by Joseph Falzon, dean of the Faculty of Economics, Management and Accountancy, and were presented by representatives of the award sponsors – the Malta Institute of Accountants, the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, the National Audit Office, the Central Co-operative Fund and seven international accountancy firms. Each award winner in turn presented a copy of their study to the sponsor. Photo shows the 15 winners of the best dissertation awards.
