Middlesea’s main objective is to ensure maximum serenity and minimum hassle for the insured in their own home. That is why its home insurance policy is now inclusive of Home Assistance and Emergency services 24 hours a day 365 days a year to help in a household emergency.

Should you have complete failure of electrical supply, breakage of glazing of external windows or doors, which render your home insecure, sudden or unexpected water leakages, or loss or theft of your house keys or damage to locks, a solution is only a phone call away.

Middlesea Assist has a number of professionals at its disposal, be it electricians, plumbers, locksmiths and other service providers. Should you call for assistance Middlesea Assist will make arrangements for one of the service providers to come over and deal with the emergency immediately.

This service is exclusive to Middlesea Home Insurance Policy holders and is just a part of the comprehensive coverage available under its policy. Under the Middlesea Home Policy, both the buildings and the contents in a home can be insured. Apart from the usual cover like fire, storm, floods, theft and vandalism, the Middlesea Home Policy covers buildings and contents on an Accidental Damage basis.

Items usually carried around can be covered outside the home. The policy is also inclusive of other standard extensions like temporary alternative acco­m­mo­dation if your house is not fit to live in following a loss, mechanical or electrical breakdown to air-conditioning and energy-saving equipment, loss or damage to Christmas, wedding and graduation gifts, loss or damage to locks and keys, cover for food in freezers, personal money including credit and debit cards, pedal cycles/ sports equipment, legal expenses and liability to others.
