BORG. On March 21, at Mater Dei Hospital, CARMENA (k/a Nena), née Tanti, residing in Valletta, aged 90, widow of Carlo , passed away peacefully, comforted by the rites of Holy Church. She leaves to mourn her loss her children Twanny, Pawlu, Raymond and Victor and their respective spouses, her grandchildren, great-grand-children, her brothers and sisters, Ginny, Ċikku, Maria and Elia, in-laws, nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends. On March 22, at Mater Dei Hospital, JOSETTE, née Felice Gay, aged 59, passed away peacefully, after a long illness borne with Christian fortitude, comforted by the rites of Holy Church and surrounded by her beloved daughters and her dear friend Joe. She leaves to mourn an irreparable loss her daughters Charisse and her husband Chris Gatt, Justine and Muggy and her boyfriend Keith, her adored grandchildren Gabriella and Rebecca, her dear friend Joe Tabone, her aunts and uncles, her many special cousins, other relatives and numerous friends. The funeral leaves Mater Dei Hospital today at 1.30 pm. for the Carmelite parish church, Balluta Bay, St Julian’s where Mass præsente cadavere will be said at 2pm followed by interment at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery.
