Mr Grech, what an ungrateful person you are, have you read the article? let me quote, "...it provided escort to hundreds of civilian and commercial vessels of various nationalities including Maltese". I find it very hard to understand people like you. It only shows what an unkind person you are.....

China of today, with all its problems and shortcomings is not the China of yester year. Nowadays China is an economic super house, with the West flocking to do business there in droves. Even in the UK where I live, people are even learning Cantonese to be able to be in pole position to do business with the Chinese. Just like the PN you are stuck in the past! Get an upgrade!

@Noel Borg....
1. First of all there is no need to attack me personally as I was not attacking anyone personally
2. If ever you would need my assistance which I sincerely you will never need, I will do my utmost to help you out.....and that to show how unkind I am
3. Since you attacked me personally you lost the plot

Yes like it or not let it be so! if you dont like it stay away. Malta is friends with every nation on earth under this new labour movement , we dont go hugging and kissing leaders such as gaddaffi and then kick them in the teeth like the privious administration did!

Mr. Grech, refresh your memory a bit. Remember a few years ago, when our president got injured in China ? The Chinese government sponsored an air ambulance service and he was brought back direct from china on a jumbo jet, together with a Chinese medical team. I am sure that this flight cost thousands. Show some respect and gratitude and waste your time on something else, not here

@John Spiteri Jones.....the so called new labour movement was the 'valletta' of Ghaddafi and thanks to KMB we got stuck with him for another 20 years or so.

@Ramon Mangion...I admit you are right about how our president was taken care of. And also you are wasting your time too

I'm under the impression that Graffiti protest only when war ships enter the Grand Harbour with weapons on board. In this case the Chinese Navy was conducting, what is called, humanitarian duties.

My guess will be only to US ships only, they are mainly the trouble makers, as for the Chinese navy and one of the hardest working people in Australia, i say welcome to Malta.

@ Tony Mangion,

Are you saying that these Frigates (WARSHIPS) will throw their anti-ship missiles, anti-sub. rockets and the dual purpose guns overboard before entering harbour? LOL
