Nectar Group placed first in its category and was awarded the Overall Winner Award (15-99 employees) and the Performance Orientation Award in the first edition of the Business Leaders Malta Awards.

The award-giving ceremony, with the participation of 26 established companies, took place during the Business Leaders Malta annual conference.

The Business Leaders Awards are based on a scientific research study focusing on seven domains. Feedback is collected from all employees through the BLM Survey containing a set of questions on each domain over the survey period.
