Queen in hospital
The Queen has been admitted to hospital with symptoms of gastroenteritis, Buckingham Palace said.
She had been due to visit Rome for two days this week, but the trip has been cancelled.
A Palace spokesman said: "The Queen is being assessed at the King Edward VII's Hospital, London, after experiencing symptoms of gastroenteritis.
"As a precaution, all official engagements for this week will regrettably be either postponed or cancelled."

She is one of the last greats of the 20th century, in country that have removed her they have suffered civil war and dictatorships and repressions, where she has remained head of state democracy has prevailed and the rule of the law, the crown and her form of government system works well even now this day in age, long nay she live and the crown !!!

Our former queen and a magnificent one at that, she lived here in our very country yet she was removed as head of state without the say of the people, I wonder if we had the vote if monarchy would have remained !!!

Jessie, my mother in law worked at villa Guardamanga first for Lord Louis Mountbatten and Lady Edwina, when the Princess and Prince Philip were courting inMalta. There was a Mr Micallef working there too, any relation? Her Majesty was so considerate that she made time to see us during her last thee visits. She loved Malta and wanted to hear about the good past. There was a Gigi also.
