With reference to David Morton’s letter regarding ARMS Ltd, I would like to inform him that he is not the only one who has not received any bills from them for some time. Actually, last year, I was left without bills for several months and only after several calls and e-mails were the bills finally sent. And the total was no joke.

I am now going through the same nightmare! Once again, like a fool, I have to ring up and mail these ‘efficient’ people begging for my bill. Before ARMS Ltd was set up the service was excellent.
