Police interview judge
The police in the past few days interviewed Mr Justice Lawrence Quintano as part of investigations in connections with the case of alleged bribery involving former judge Ray Pace.
Informed sources said there was no suspicion of wrongdoing by Mr Justice Quintano.
Judge Pace and two men are undergoing court proceedings following allegations that Dr Pace took a bribe with the intention of influencing Mr Justice Quintano to hand a lengthy prison term to Darren Desira, who was convicted of drug trafficking.
Desira last week spoke in court of how he had known beforehand that he would be jailed for 18 years by Judge Quintano.

I don't want to be the judge of anyone, but common sense tells me that if a judge was influenced enough to give such a sentence, for me he is guilty of accomplice .
But then it is only my humble opinion!
