The Electoral Commission said today that those voters who will be abroad on polling day, March 9,  and  wish to vote on March 2,  have until noon of this Friday to make a sworn/solemn statement in front of an Electoral Commissioner declaring that they will be abroad.

This solemn statement on oath can be made at the Office of the Electoral Commission, Evans Building, St. Elmo Square, Valletta, or at the Identity Cards Office, St. Francis Square, Rabat, Gozo, up to  Thursday, February 28 from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. and from 3 p.m. to 7 pm. or on Friday from 8 a.m. to noon.

People calling to make the sworn/solemn statement have to produce their identity card,. On their polling day, March 2, they must produce their voting document.
