When are our judges and magistrates going to learn to tack on a few hours of community service to their Suspended Sentence rulings? These people need some kind of rehabilitation besides the Suspended Sentence and they owe society some kind of apology for their mistakes. Our streets and our beaches need cleaning, some institutes need help, why not assign these misfits to do some of that work?
