The Attorney General has appealed against the bail conditions imposed by a court yesterday during the arraignment of former Enemalta chairman Tancred Tabone and his then consultant Frank Sammut.

The two were accused of corruption and money laundering.

The Office of the Attorney General is seeking a re-hearing of the bail request and for the bail to be revoked.

Bail had been granted against a personal deposit of €3000 and a personal guarantee of €15,000 for each of the accused.
