It's great that the road has been resurfaced or in the process of...however I live on this road and it was far safer before the resurfacing. The speed at which people are driving up and down is a joke....please install a speed camera set at 60kph...too many animals being run over and next it will be people. I have seen drivers at speeds in excess of 100kph (based on my educated guess)

Transport Malta should send somebody to take a look at the NEWLY LAYED tarmac on MANNARINO Road Birkirkara as some parts of the tarmac is ALREADY DISINTEGRATING.I noticed already TWO PATCHES in front of a car dealer corner with Dun Fillipu Borg Str. in the middle of the road close to a Zebra crossing where the coating is LESS than 1 inch, and the old tarmac can be seen too.Look into it A.S.A.P. At least they bothered announcing it this time.

Excellent news - this is/was quite a difficult road to drive on due to (sometimes dangerously) avoiding one hole only to end up hitting another.

Right time for resurfacing of roads.... not because of the election but because it stopped raining :D.

Because it stopped raining, I agree that it's the right time. But resurfacing because of the elections, is completely off time. Our much needed roads should have been resurfaced ages ago when they got in that state in the first place!
And then Toqob Malta has the guts to place signs stating "This Road has been Resurfaced by Transport Malta"... after years of neglect I would add!
