• Diary of a Wimpy Kid: Dog Days will be screened at the Don Bosco Oratory, Victoria, today at 5.30pm.

• A Carnival photography exhibition by Tonio Schembri in aid of Puttinu Cares is being held at the Banca Giuratale in Victoria today from 9am to noon and tomorrow from 8am to 3pm.

• Masses at Ta’ Pinu Sanctuary will be said today at 6.15, 8.30, 10 and 11.15am and 5pm, followed by the recital of the rosary and Eucharistic benediction.

• A fundraising bazaar in aid of Carolina Cauchi Home will be held at Lourdes Home, Għajnsielem, tomorrow, on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday from 8.30am to 5.15pm.

• The Bethel Charismatic Group will be holding a prayer meeting at Our Lady of Pompeii church, Victoria, on Saturday at 7pm.

• The diocesan Eucharistic Movement will be holding a prayer evening at St Francis church, Victoria, on Saturday at 8pm, followed by Mass at midnight.

• Wirt Għawdex will be holding a lecture, entitled The History of Windmills in the Maltese Islands, by Clifford Vella at the Santa Cecilia medieval chapel in Għajnsielem on Friday at 6.30pm. For reservations, send an e-mail to membership@wirtghawdex.org.

• The Gozo University Group will be holding Gozo Week between tomorrow and Thursday. Tents will be set up on Campus where Gozitan traditional crafts, arts and gastronomy items will be exhibited. Talks and discussions about current topics will also be held.

• The Għaqda Drammatika Azzjoni Kattolika Xagħra will stage a Passion play, Veronika, by Canon Joe Meilaq at the Catholic Action hall in Xagħra next Sunday at 6.30pm.

• Spiritual talks for Gozitan youths living in Malta will be held at the Franciscan Sisters’ chapel in Msida on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday at 7.15pm. They will be delivered by Fr Raymond Portelli, a missionary in Peru.
